Luke P. Lee, M.D., MPH
Dr. Lee received his Doctorate of Medicine from The University of Kansas Medical School in Kansas City, Kansas in 1988. He also earned a Masters of Public Health degree in Occupational Medicine from The Medical College of Wisconsin. After graduation he completed his occupational medicine specialty training at the University of Pennsylvania. Now, as one who is Board Certified in Occupational and Environmental Medicine, scoring in the top 10th percentile on his occupational medicine board certification examination, Dr Lee serves as a consultant for various Federal and state government agencies as well as occupational medical director for many prominent corporations. Dr. Lee served as Chief of an Army medical care clinic, and Senior Field Surgeon in Desert Storm for the 1st Cavalry Division of the U.S. Army. He is also a Certified Medical Review Officer and Vice President of the Mid-south Chapter of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine.
Dana B. Gauthreaux , PA-C
Dana earned an undergraduate degree in Biology from Our Lady of Holy Cross College in New Orleans. She completed professional studies at LSU Shreveport graduating with a degree in Physician Assistant studies. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Louisiana Academy of Physician Assistants. She joined Dr. Lee and Prime Medical in October 2006.
Jeanette Arcuri, CFNP
Jeanette is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner who received her undergraduate degree in Nursing from LSU Medical Center. She obtained a Master of Nursing degree in Adult Health and Illness from LSU Medical Center prior to receiving a Masters degree in the field of Family Nurse Practitioner. She has been working in the field of Family Practice and Occupational Medicine for 6 years. She is a member of the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners. Jeanette joined Prime Medical in April of 2008.
