Return to Work Evaluation:

We all could suffer illness and injury of various kinds at any time. Most of these are minor and full recovery is expected. However, occasionally we suffer illness or injury that may limit our ability to perform certain aspects of our work.

We recommend that our physician review and clear for duty any employees who have been on sick leave for any reason. This review will protect the employee while transitioning back to full duty. An employee that returns to work with an incompletely treated illness, or tries to perform beyond his/her capability may pose a serious risk to himself/herself and others. This may
result in significant cost to the employer.
